This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit doptiva.com or send us an enquiry, why we process it and what rights you have.
Controller

What data we process
Enquiries via the form or email. We process the data you enter yourself: your name, email address, optionally your company and phone number, and the content of your message.
Visiting the site. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data on each visit, such as IP address, time of visit, requested page and browser type. This data is needed for the site to run securely and reliably.
Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal or quote: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- Security and operation of the site: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions with it.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the last exchange of messages if no collaboration follows. If you become a client, we keep data for as long as needed to perform the contract and then for as long as the law requires, for example tax law. The hosting provider keeps technical visit data only briefly, in line with its own rules.
Who has access to data
Data is processed by providers that deliver technical services for us (processors). We have a data processing agreement with each of them.

We do not pass data to anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@doptiva.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
