Who is Doptiva for?
Small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs who lose too much time to manual work, retyping and searching for data. We know hospitality, tourism, field sales and multi-location businesses particularly well.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the scope. After a first review you receive a written proposal with a clear scope and price, so you know what you are deciding on. Our reply to your enquiry and the proposal for a first step are free of obligation.
Do we need to understand AI or programming?
No. You know your work, we know the tools. We talk in the language of your business and handle the technical details ourselves.
Can we use the tools we already have?
Yes, and that is often the best place to start. A lot can be improved in Excel, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 before new tools make sense.
Do you build custom software?
We build smaller solutions, prototypes and internal tools ourselves. For larger projects we work with trusted external specialists, which we state in the proposal.
Where do you work and in which languages?
We are based in Ribnica, Slovenia, and work with companies across Slovenia remotely. We work in Slovenian and English.
How do you handle data protection?
We handle your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where possible we choose tools that store data in the EU, and we tell you in advance which providers will have access to it.
